Refund Policy

At 90 Pound Site, we strive to deliver exceptional value and customer satisfaction. However, because we work on custom projects that require time and resources, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not been started yet (no design or development work commenced).

  • You requested a refund within 24 hours of payment.

Once the project has begun (design or setup work in progress), no refunds will be issued.

Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases (delays or mutual agreement), a partial refund may be offered after deducting work hours or expenses incurred.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If you change your mind after work has begun.

  • If project delays occur due to missing content or late responses from the client.

  • If the final deliverable meets the agreed requirements.
